Every client’s time is valuable and we respect your time.
Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

$50 deposits are required for all skin and laser appointments including any prepaid treatments and packages. For cancellation, reschedulingor no shows of appointments within 48 hours, the $50 deposit will be lost or a prepaid treatment will be forfeited.

Please take into consideration we cannot receive messages after hours, Sundays and public holidays.

Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product, alternatively you could leave your booking deposit in credit to reserve future appointments.

All clients must arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment to ensure all relevant forms are signed. If you are running late, we will have to customise your treatment to the timeframe we have available.
